You've been busy! Congrats! My writing almost came to a halt last month with the whole GoDaddy experience. But I've been trying to pick up some speed. Seems I can only get 3 or 4 pieces out per month. But I tend to be long-winded and edit my stories almost to death. So it takes me a while to get one published

As for reading, I try to do that on the weekends, but even then, I don't get a lot of stories read.

As for getting paid, I'm so tired of this payment roller coaster Medium has us on. But you're right about the need to publish frequently. I just don't feel like stressing myself out in the process.

I subscribed to your stories (finally! kept forgetting) so I'll be reading and commenting more.
