They all work, Christine, if you enjoy them. It's about activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Meditation is one way to do it. Start small, say 5 mins. and build from there. Focus on your breath, your inhale and exhale. When you mind wanders (and it will!), notice it and then go back to focusing on your breath. You'll do it over and over again, but you're training your brain to be more present.
