Thanks so much for the feedback, Henry. I'll do my best to include more examples and see if I can add some to this one. I should know better having spent 21 years as an instructional designer. I need to slow down and focus on the writing and not how many stories I publish per month, especially since I prefer a slower writing pace. I rushed this one a bit.

And yes, I've considered coaching this one-on-one. But I'm a lot more comfortable writing. I'm thinking coaching would overwhelm me. But you never know.
