Now that I have a better understanding of United Healthcare's behavior around insurance claims, while I don't condone murder, I can definitely understand why everyday folk are reacting to the CEO's death with laugh emojis, for example. And like you pointed out, it's not just people on the left. This is what happens when you indiscriminately deny insurance claims that kill people. At some point, people are going to say enough - you kill us, so we are going to kill you. It's not quite what I meant by people needing to come together, rise up, and fight authoritarianism, but I do understand not only the murder but the reaction to it. I hope Trump, Musk, et al. are listening. Great headline, btw.
