I used to walk barefoot along Kailua Bay in windward Oahu a couple of times a week. Got out of the practice, but really want to get back into it.
Also I follow Dr. Laura Koniver on YouTube and get her newsletter. She's an excellent source of info on grounding, especially where to do it if you live in an urban environment or when it's cold outstide. Yes, she sells products, but she also provides loads of health related info for free.
