Adam, I received the same email today. And I signed up for the Partner Program before this 100-follower requirement was instituted. And the new Referral Program requires a Partner Program membership. And just so you know, they didn't take you advice and change the email (oh! you got your email today like I did). They don't give a shit about you unless you are making money for them.
